NDYT TRAINING

A Structured, Progressive Training Pathway

Neurodevelopmental Yoga Therapy (NDYT) is a structured, progressive training pathway integrating developmental neuroscience, sensory integration principles, primitive reflex integration, and the therapeutic application of yoga. Designed for educational, therapeutic, and community settings, NDYT prepares practitioners to deliver safe, inclusive, and responsive yoga-based support for autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals.

Grounded in over 30 years of applied practice, NDYT combines embodied therapeutic knowledge with contemporary neurodevelopmental science to create a practical, regulation-informed framework for real-world application.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Why NDYT?

NDYT integrates therapeutic yoga with contemporary neurodevelopmental science to create a structured, trauma-aware approach to regulation and development. It equips practitioners with practical, embodied tools to support autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent individuals with clarity, confidence, and respect for individual differences.
